The Flying Robot international Film Festival allows participation for anyone around the globe. Finalists and winning films will be screened on November 19, 2015 at the Roxie Theater in San Francisco. The entree fees are very low so get your submissions in!
September 15, 2015 – Regular deadline – $5 entry fee
October 15, 2015 – Late deadline – $10 entry fee
Besides showcasing stunning aerial cinema, the FRiFF event will feature short films in other categories that are just as important as the main event. One of these categories will be to feature how unmanned aerial vehicles are helping to solve global problems.
While FRiFF will be the first international drone film festival, the NYC Drone Film Festival was the actual first drone festival.
These festivals raise positive awareness for unmanned aerial vehicles and we hope to continue to see more people embrace the technology!
