Does Unmanned Vehicle University disclose the information it collects from its visitors to outside parties?
Unmanned Vehicle University does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer outside the company personal information that visitors voluntarily provide in any registration or contest submission. This information is used to better understand visitors’ use of Unmanned Vehicle University’s site and to support related transactions made on the site.
However, the data we collect may be provided, in an aggregate form, to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. Unmanned Vehicle University may also use e-mail addresses and other personally identifiable information to contact visitors who communicate with us. For example, we direct e-mail to visitors who provide us with their e-mail addresses for specific purposes such as receiving our e-mail newsletters. Each e-mail newsletter always contains instructions on how to discontinue receipt of the newsletter. However, if a visitor at anytime chooses to no longer receive such information and opt-out from any future mailings, they should simply reply to any Unmanned Vehicle University e-mail sent to them and type UNSUBSCRIBE as the subject of their reply.
Unmanned Vehicle University may also disclose account information to third parties in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, contract or bring legal action against someone who may be violating Unmanned Vehicle University’s Terms & Condition of Use or causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) the rights or property of Unmanned Vehicle University, or its other users, or to anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. Unmanned Vehicle University may disclose or provide access account information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it as well as for administrative and other purposes that we deem necessary to maintain, service, and improve our products and services.
